Food is great. The sizes of bowls to choose from. Lunch is less expensive than at dinner time.

Build your own Mongolian grill bowl and watch it cooked in front of you, friendly staff, reasonably priced to go or eat in by size or buffet and kids 8 and under only eat for 5$ each at dinner! I enjoy mixing my own sauce and ended up making a great one this trip but the chef takes credit for cooking it just perfect!

The food is amazing at this place but a while back they introduced a new policy where they will charge extra if you overfill your bowl. I strongly disagree with it because how are you supposed to know if you are shorting yourself or overfilling if it's just by their discretion? Everyone wants to get as much bang for their buck as possible. The Food shrinks so much that even towering it sky-high still fits perfectly in the bowl after being cooked. I love the food and we'll come back again and again but think this is a really greedy policy. Resize the three options if you think people are getting too much instead of frustrating customers.

Best food in the world. What impresses me the most is when you get to the bottom of the bowl, the food is still steaming hot.

First and foremost the food was great. Loved it. The cooks were great! However, our waitress was wearing a Victoria’s Secret Pink sweatshirt - not really work attire even from someone who was a waitress at a dive bar previously. I had taken note of my boyfriends cup because she had not only cups to refill, but some from another table. When she returned, she gave him the wrong cup. Kind of really disgusting. We notified her so she could take our cup back and the other persons as my boyfriend was ill. She looked at us and paused, “are you sure?” And we said we were positive (His cup had said Pepsi Cola and now it just said Pepsi). She took our cup back and the other woman’s and returned. Seemingly with possibly the same cups but really unsure at this point. She made a comment about how she was as so kind as to give them new straws when really that was the bare minimum she could have done. She didn’t apologize or anything, she was just unfazed.

This is the place to go. A small bowel is filling a large bowl is family take out. I do not recommend all you can eat bowel because you can't take any leftovers home. Fresh and moderately priced one bowel meal.

The grill didnt seem hot enough so everything was slightly boiled instead of seared. Not as good as HuHot or Mongos grill. Daughter got a large chunk of black char from the grill in her food. Dont think we would return. Service was good.

It was so good. Family owned and operated. They have it all set up to run smoothly. The cooking sauces are homemade and have the best combination posted so you can add this yourself. I liked picking out my own ingredients for my meal and watching the chef cook on the grill.

Good food, good service, reasonable price.

The first time you go, you're gonna mess up, get too much of something, not enough of something else, too much hot sauce, not enough mongolian sauce, etc. It takes about 3 trips to really get down what size bowl is right for you, what proteins go with what veggies and what sauces you like. But even if you don't know what you're doing, it's hard to mess up a big bowl of noodles and meat.

It is a must try! Extremely friendly and small business.

Good food--long wait when busy but worth it! Feel bad for two men working the hot stone grill and woman that seems to run the place is a little sketchy but we enjoyed the meal!

This is a unique and delicious place to eat. It's great stir fry and the toppings and meats you can put in it are many and fresh. I very much enjoy the sauces they have. You get a different taste every time you come back if you are adventurous and try new combinations. HINT: Dont be TOO worried about putting too food much in your bowl the first time you go. They never have up charged me for too much. You kind of have to be really ridiculous before they charge for that. If you are in doubt, see how much others put in their bowl first. But it's very good! If you get a large bowl, you may even have enough for two meals.

Some of the best food in Mankato, best egg rolls i have ever had. The egg rolls are not available quite often.

Great build your own bbq bowl buffet. Cheap, family friendly 3 different bowl sizes the largest being nearly a cauldron for only 10$!It's also a great place to teach the kiddos that Jeffery Eptein didnt kill himself!

So I am from Texas and we have Ghengis Grill. I thought I would try this place out because there is not a Ghengis here in MN. Well this place is ok, needs a renovation, and more choice in starches. The employees are nice but it will never be as good as Ghengis Grill.

Ive been here many many times usally fairly good service. This time not so much. The lady that claims to be the manager comes up and says im charging you both $2 extra your bowels were are too high. Well not they weren't any more full than they usally are. What a joke. Ill guess ill dispute the entire charge with credit card company.

Good food but very poor customer service:( plus the fortune cookies are stale. I have been to this restaurant twice now and the same older lady has been my sever. Both times I had made a fairly large bowl in which I didn’t finish. Well, when I was full and asked for a box, she would give me a small one. Even though my food didn’t fit in the box she refused to give me a large box. Like this lady has a large box fetish. The second time I specified I would like a large box and she said no but when I put my noodles in they overflowed box like this lady overflowed her pants. Then she came back with a large box and my buddy across from me said “too late now” and this muffintop lady turns around and takes it back without saying a word😂😂
